Skills required:
0-4 years (Freshers with valid Certification in Testing can apply, with 70% marks in 10th, 12th & UG)
Experience managing QA support for an eCommerce or other large mission-critical system.
Tool proficiency: HP QC, QTP, Selenium, and any mid/large scale eCommerce platform experience is a plus
Experience of 0-4 years in Web Application Testing.
Freshers must be certified in Testing, with 70% aggregate marks across 10th, 12th & UG
Familiarity with the Tools used for Bug tracking
Hands-on experience with JIRA, WIKI and/or Zephyr applications
Have a strong understanding of quality assurance and testing processes within an Agile environment with an eye toward innovating and improving test processes.
Experience in authorizing Test Conditions and Test Cases
Extensive experience in using Automation tools like Selenium
Hands-on experience in UNIX, Linux, Win X, Oracle, Java, VB and ASP.

Oversee, manage and mentor our QA teams across ongoing projects.
Manage the utilisation/control and deployment of all QAresourcesacross multiple projects.
Increase overall operationalefficiencies, implement new process and automation or tracking software as required toachieve these goals. Continually improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality-assurance practices, understanding the needs of the clients, and incorporating new strategies to ensure best possible results.
Work with the operational /development /performance andmaintenanceteams to increaseefficiencyacross thewholeoperation. Above all, lead the QA teams into new frontiers of testing automation.
As part of your management of the division, identify and clearly communicate issues, risks, concerns, and successes to stakeholders. Provideongoingreports into the success of the team and for individual projects.
Liaisewith the onshore operations in US.
