CSS CORP HIRING FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
EXP: FRESHERS

Eligibility:
Education – Any Graduate Degree Holder ( backlogs not accepted )
10 + 3 yrs of diploma, 10 + 12 + 3 yrs of diploma
Work Experience: Min. 6 months or more experience in an International call center environment will be added as an advantage
Good technical knowledge in supported customer-specific Hardware and SW environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
Willingness to work in shift models, based on customer requirements.
