EXP: 2+ Year

Eligibility:
2 to 4 years experience in dispatching, help desk, or customer service environment.
1 to 2 years minimum experience as BSC Rep or 3-5 years experience in HVAC Monitoring environment.
Primary orientation towards process/systems, speed, cost, quality, customer value creation, and results.
Cognitive skills, Analytical and Problem Solving skills, as well as the ability to provide sound reliable judgment in complex situations.
Excellent communication/phone skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Interpersonal skills; include the ability to maintain rapport at all levels; sensitivity.
