Qualification - 10+2 and above.
Candidates must have sound knowledge of Technical Troubleshooting
(Windows 10, Laptop/Destop, Printer)
Candidate must be very fluent in English.
Minimum 6 months of experience required preferably in the same domain / International BPO.
Preferred candidates from Dell, Wipro, Iyogi, Sutherland, Mphasis, Cognizant BPO, Diebold Nixdorf, Lester, Genpact
Rotational Shift- 24x7
5 working days, 2 weekly offs (rotational)
Salary - 3.00 to 6.0 LPA (CTC)
