TCS Selection Process:
Tata Consultancy Services Selection process consists of the following three rounds.
- TCS Aptitude written test online (30 Questions & 1 Essay Writing)
- Technical interview (Mostly they ask basic technical questions)
- HR interview and Manager round.
TCS Eligibility Criteria:
- Only entry level engineers are eligible to apply through TCS careers Nextstep portal.
- Flexible to work in all shifts (including night shifts).
- Should have good verbal skills.
- Should have a good hold on mathematics or must be good in calculation.
- Must have consistent academic records from Class X onwards
- Candidates who have attended TCS interview or recruitment before 6 months need not apply.

Tata Consultancy Services Limited was founded in 1968 by a division of Tata Sons Limited. In 1975, TCS conducted its first campus interviews, held at IISc, Bangalore. The recruits comprised 12 Indian Institutes of Technology graduates and three IISc graduates, who became the first TCS employees to enter a formal graduate trainee programme.
