Position: Application Development Associate

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and configure applications based on business requirements.
- Understand business drivers, ensuring software meets performance expectations.
- Incorporate technology trends into solutions and contribute to automation solutions and new technologies.
- Resolve incidents and provide support to customers through various channels.

Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in Salesforce.com applications customization.
- Good working knowledge in J2EE and full-stack development.
- Knowledge and development experience of .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Test automation engineering experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) graduates from 2022 & 2023.
- Full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations not considered).
- No active backlogs during application and/or onboarding.
- Relevant degree completion within the stipulated duration.
- No more than 11 months of experience.
- Eligible to work in India by citizenship or relevant work permit documents.
